We will dispatch your order as soon as possible after payment has been received. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery.
Free Delivery is only available on orders above Rs. 500.00 inclusive of VAT for the India only.
If you enter the wrong address of your place, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us if an order does not arrive. Once we receive notification for an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the postal service to ensure the delivery occurred as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we can’t deliver to PO Box addresses due to our couriers service restrictions so please make sure before placing your order if you have a PO Box.
If you want product delivery at your place of employment, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the products.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, you will be able to click on your order and view your order status.
The following designations are possible status types for your order:
Processing, Pending, Shipped, Delivered, Closed, Backordered and Cancelled.
We ship orders through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per date or delivery agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to the Courier Company. Charma.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities. We are not responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. All major credit cards are accepted.
